To cope with the potentially explosive growth of orders during promotions such as Double Eleven, some sellers may pack their best-selling products in advance and ship them once receiving the new orders. "Search orders by SKU" is developed for this pre-packaging scenario. Warehouse staff can quickly match orders by scanning SKUs, directly printing shipping labels and automatically shipping, making the operation more convenient.
 

1. Steps

Please enable the wave feature before processing orders.

Step 1: Pack Orders
Go to Orders > Processing Orders > New Orders > Select orders > Pack



Step 2
Download and Enable the BigSeller printing plugin ( click here to download it.)

Go to WMS > Search Orders By SKU > select the shipping warehouse > enter or scan the merchant SKU/ GTIN/ merchant code

All single-item packages containing this SKU will be matched, and you can print the shipping label. Once printed successfully, the package will be automatically shipped.



💡 If the order is shipped failed, you can ship again on the Printed list.
