Why doesn't the system auto-reply to the customer reviews even though I turn on the Auto-Reply?
If the system still doesn't reply automatically reply to the customer reviews after you have turned on the Auto-Reply, it might be because:
1. it is less than 2 hours since the customer replied
2. you have run out of your auto-reply quota (Need to upgrade the plan)
3. the store authorization has aspired
4. the customer review has been deleted
5. API Error
