Promotion watermark makes your products outstanding at the first glance. What’s more, it can be auto-removed after the promotion ends. Here we will show you how to create and add watermark to your product images.
 

Step 1: Create a promotion watermark template

Go to Marketing > Promotion Watermark > Create Template, and fill out the template information > Click Save & Next Step

Step 2: Select products

You’ll be directed to a page to add products. Hit Add Products > Select a product > Click Confirm  



You can also click the details icon of waiting status watermark to add products:



If you close the redirected page and want to add products afterward, please go to Template Manage and find the template to do so




Step 3: Publish template
After adding products, go back to Template Manage and locate your template > Click Publish icon. The watermark will be added to the first image.

Notes:

• It can be added to the first image only

• The template can be published only when the publish time is greater than the end time by 24 hours. Since it takes time to add watermarks, it’s recommended to publish the watermark in advance

• It’s not allowed to add products to a published template and its marketplace and pattern cannot be edited. Please create a new one if you want.

• It’s not supported to add multiple watermarks to the same image. Please restore the original image if you want to add the new one

• If you want to restore the original image before the end time, please go to Product Watermark to restore it.

• Support Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Tokopedia products.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q1. In which cases I should restore the original image?
The image will be auto restored after the end time. In the following two cases, you need to manually restore the original image:
① The system fails to auto restore the original image
② Failed to add the watermark and prompted " Product is adding another watermark" or "Product has been added with another watermark"

Q2：Adding watermark failed and prompted prompted " Product is adding another watermark" or "Product has been added with another watermark"
A1: It's because your product is now being added a promotion watermark or has already added a promotion watermark. It’s not supported to add multiple watermarks to the same image. Please restore the original image if you want to add the new one

Q3: What's the difference between promotion watermark and normal watermark?
A1: The promotion watermark can be removed while the normal watermark cannot.
