How to manual stock in or stock out? (One SKU Multiple Shelves)

After enabling the pick&store zoning (One SKU One Shelf), the available stock can not be edited in the Inventory List. So you can add/reduce the stock of merchant SKU by creating a stock-in/out list.
 

1. Stock In

There are 2 ways to create a Stock-In List: manually add one by one or bulk import via Excel.
 
💡 Notes: The selected/filled Merchant SKUs must already exist in the Inventory List. If not, please go to the Inventory List to add it first: Steps to add merchant SKU
 

1.1 Manually Add Stock-In List

Step 1: go to Inventory > Manual Stock-In, click + Add Stock-In List

 
Step 2: Select the warehouse that has enabled the pick&store zoning > Select Stock-In Type (Ordinary / Return) > click to confirm whether to Stock-In Immediately > Enter Note (Not required) > Add Merchant SKU

 
Step 3: Select merchant SKU > Select Shelves > Enter the SKU info > Submit
 
1) Add Shelves

Click Edit or Add button to set the shelves for the SKU.


 
  • If only Warehouse Pick and Store Zoning is enabled, you can select multiple storage shelves and only one picking shelf.

  • If both Warehouse Pick and Store Zoning and Picking Area with One SKU Multiple Shelves are enabled, you can add multiple picking shelves and multiple storage shelves.

2) Stock-in Qty: the SKU quantity you want to add to the shelf
 
3) Unit Price: default to Merchant SKU cost price. If the cost price is 0, default to reference price. You can also edit it.

Step 4:
If you did not select the [Stock-in Immediately] in step 2, please stock in on the Manual Stock In > Pending list.

1.2 Import via Excel

 
Step 1: Inventory > Manual Stock-In > Click Import


 
Step 2: Select the Stock-in Warehouse and the warehouse area > Download a template and fill it out



Step 3: After filling out the Excel, click Upload File > Click Import, the system will automatically create a stock-in list and display it in the Pending list



On the Pending List, you need to click Stock-In, and the filled quantity will be added to the inventory


 

2. Stock Out

There are 2 ways to create Stock-Out Lists, manually create one by one or bulk import via Excel.

2.1 Manually Add Stock-Out List

Step 1: Inventory > Manual Stock-Out > Click + Add Stock-Out List


 
Step 2: Select the warehouse that has enabled the pick&store zoning > Select Stock-Out Type> Ctick to confirm whether to Stock-Out Immediately > Enter Note (Not required) > Add Merchant SKU




 
Stock-Out Immediately:
  • If checked, the stock will be reduced immediately once you submit the stock-out list; This stock-out list will be auto moved to [Stocked-Out] page and can not be modified.

  • If not checked, the stock-out list will be on the [Pending] page after you submit it; You can modify it again and stock it out.

Step 3: Select / Add shelves > Enter stock-out Qty > Submit


 


 
1) Shelf: If the shelf is not set, the merchant SKU will be on the default shelf in the warehouse area.
 

For warehouse has only enabled Warehouse Pick & Store Zoning

  • If stocked out from the picking shelves, the SKU can only be on one shelf.

  • If stocked out from the storage shelves, the SKU can be on multiple shelves. You can click the "+" icon to select more shelves.
     

For warehouse has enabled Pick & Store Zoning and Picking Area with One SKU One Shelf
  • The SKUs can be placed on mutiple picking shelves and storage shelves. You can click the "+" icon to select more shelves.
2) Stock-Out Qty: the SKU quantity you want to reduce.

 
Step 4: If you did not select the [Stock-Out Immediately] in step 2, please stock out on the Manual Stock-Out > Pending list.


 

2.2 Import via Excel

Step 1: Inventory > Manual Stock-Out > Click Import


 

Step 2: Select the Stock-out warehouse > Download a template and fill it out



Step 3:
After filling out the Excel, click Upload File > Upload file > Click Import, the system will automatically create a stock-in list and display it in the Pending list



On the Pending List, you need to click Stock-Out, and the filled quantity will be reduced to inventory.
