How to Manage Products of TikTok Semi Consignment Stores
In TikTok Semi-Consignment model, sellers will manage product inventory and fulfilment operations by themselves whereas platforms will help sellers to manage shops and related activities. You can connect your semi-consignment store to BigSeller to publish products and process orders through BigSeller.
📚What does 3P and 1P stores refer to?

3P Store: A locally operated store where the seller manages fulfillment independently. Sellers have pricing control and can access the platform's Seller Center to perform product-related operations via the Seller Center or BigSeller.

1P Store (Semi-Consignment Store): A platform-operated store where TikTok manages operations, but the seller handles fulfillment. Sellers have no pricing control and cannot access seller center. This means you can only manage 1P store products through ERP system like BigSeller.
💡 Notes
- Currently supported site: Indonesia.
- Only online products from 3P stores's Active list can be published to the 1P store. Publishing products via the Draft list for 1P stores is not supported.
1. How to Check Authorization Status of TTS Semi-Consignment (1P) Store?
1) Go to Settings > Authorization > Store Authorization > Select TikTok Shop > Find 1P Store (You can refresh this page to view the latest status of the authorized stores).
2) By default, sub-accounts do not have TikTok 1P store permissions. The main account must grant access for them to use it.
3) You can click Mapping Details to view the 1P-3P store mapping, including the assigned warehouse for the 3P store.
4) Once the mapping between 1P and 3P stores and warehouses takes effect, it cannot be manually changed. (Please contact BigSeller customer service if there is a change of mapping relation)
2. Publish Products from 3P Store to 1P Store
💡 Tips:

The [Semi-Consignment or Not] filter makes it easy to identify unpublished 3P products.

Since 3P store products are often sold in different 1P stores based on categories, you can use the [Category] filter to quickly find products of the same type.
3. Introduction of Active product Page of 1P Store
a. Product Status: Live, Sold Out, Pending, Failed, Delisted, Frozen, Deleted.
b. Single-item Actions:
① Edit: (Only inventory can be edited; for other modifications, please contact TikTok operations) ② Delisted ③ Sync Product ④ Publish
c. Bulk Actions: Delisted, Publish, Bulk Edit Stock.
d. Other Supported Operations: Export products, import to update inventory.
Currently, BigSeller supports the forward order processing flow for TikTok Semi-Consignment orders. After-sales (return & refund) orders can only be processed in TikTok Seller Center.

5. Notes for Using BigSeller Inventory Feature
1）BigSeller does not support pushing inventory to TikTok Semi Consignment Store (1P Store) and will not push the warehouse stock quantities to your online store’s stock.
2）However, you can create merchant SKUs and map them with store SKUs to manage inventory. Once mapped, the warehouse stock will be properly allocated and deducted when processing orders.
