1) Statistics principle: the order data of the day can only be viewed the next day
2) Statistics based on:
- Shopee: COD orders are based on creation time, Pre Paid orders are based on payment time
- Lazada, Tokopedia: Order creation time
- For prepaid order, the order report only includes paid orders.
3) Supported Platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, Tiki, Akulaku, Thisshop, PGmall, Zalora, Facebook, Lineshopping, Manual Orders, Messenger Orders, POS Orders.

Order Report: Order statistics do not include unpaid Non-COD orders. Orders exported from the Order Processing page (Orders > Order Processing > All Orders) will include unpaid orders. When comparing report data and viewing order details, unpaid orders need to be excluded.

Platform: Counts all orders, including unpaid orders and unpaid orders that were canceled.
Introduction
Definition: Number of orders within the selected time period that meet the filtering criteria.
Time reference:
- Non-COD orders: order payment time;
- COD orders: order creation time.
Filter conditions:
- Non-COD orders must be “Paid”;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status includes canceled or returned/refunded.
2. Total Packages
Definition: Total number of packages within the selected time period that meet the filtering criteria.
Time Reference:
- Non-COD orders: order payment time;
- COD orders: order creation time.
Filter Conditions:
- Non-COD orders must be “Paid”;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status includes canceled or returned/refunded.
Definition: Reconciled sales amount within the selected time period that meet the filtering criteria. This is a logarithmic metric, and the calculation logic follows each platform’s seller center:

Shopee (Sales): Product price − platform discount − platform voucher − seller discount − seller voucher − platform coins + shipping fee + buyer service fee + insurance.

TikTok (GMV): Product price − seller discount − platform discount + paid shipping + total tax + small order fee.
- Lazada (Revenue): Paid amount + platform discount + platform shipping subsidy.

- Non-COD orders: order payment time;
- COD orders: order creation time.

- Non-COD orders must be “Paid”;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status includes canceled or returned/refunded.

Definition: Gross revenue within the selected time period that meet the filtering criteria.
Formula: Gross revenue = Product price − seller discount − seller voucher − seller-paid platform coins + platform shipping subsidy + third-party logistics subsidy.

- COD orders: order creation time.
Filter conditions
- Non-COD orders must be “Paid”;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status includes canceled or returned/refunded.

6. Seller Subsidy Price
Formula: Product price − seller discount − seller voucher.
Time reference
- Non-COD: payment time;
- COD: order creation time.
- Non-COD orders must be paid;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status may include canceled or returned/refunded.
- Supported platforms: Lazada, TikTok, Shopee.

7. Product Sales
Formula: Product price − platform discount − platform voucher − seller discount − seller voucher − platform coins.
Time Reference
- Non-COD: payment time;
- COD: order creation time.
- Non-COD orders must be paid;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status includes canceled or returned/refunded.

Definition: Original product price within the selected time period.
- Non-COD: payment time;
- COD: order creation time.
Filter Conditions
- Non-COD orders must be paid;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status includes canceled or returned/refunded.
- Supported platforms: Lazada, TikTok, Shopee.

9. Valid Order
Definition: Number of orders within the selected time period where the order status is not “Canceled”.
- Non-COD: payment time;
- COD: order creation time.
Filter Conditions
- Non-COD orders must be paid;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status excludes canceled but may include returned/refunded.

Definition: Paid amount of valid orders (status not canceled) within the selected time period.
- Non-COD: payment time;
- COD: order creation time.
Filter Conditions:
- Non-COD orders must be paid;
- COD orders must be successfully placed;
- Order status excludes canceled but includes returned/refunded.

- Definition: Refund amount for orders with after-sales status “Refund Successful” within the selected time period.
- Time reference: Non-COD: payment time; COD: order creation time.
- Filter Condition: After-sales status must be “Refund Successful”.

- Definition: Number of refunded orders with after-sales status “Refund Successful” within the selected time period.
- Time reference: Non-COD: payment time; COD: order creation time.
- Filter Condition: After-sales status must be “Refund Successful”.

13. Refund Customers
- Definition: Number of customers who received refunds (“Refund Successful”) within the selected time period.
- Time reference: Non-COD: payment time; COD: order creation time.
- Filter Condition: After-sales status must be “Refund Successful”.
- Refund rate = Refunded order count ÷ Total order count × 100%.

15. Cancel Orders
- Number of orders with status “Canceled” within the selected time period.
- Time reference: Non-COD: payment time; COD: order creation time.
- Filters: Non-COD orders must be paid; COD orders must be successfully placed; status must be “Canceled”.

16. Cancel Order Amount
- Definition: Paid amount of canceled orders within the selected time period.
- Time reference: Non-COD: payment time; COD: order creation time.
- Filter Condition: Non-COD orders must be paid; COD orders must be successfully placed; order status includes returned/refunded; status must be “Canceled”.

17. Sales Per Order
- Sales Per Order = Sales ÷ Total orders.

18. Coupon
- Definition: Coupon deductions (seller or platform) within the selected time period.
- Time reference: Non-COD: payment time; COD: order creation time.
- Filter Condition: Non-COD orders must be paid; COD orders must be successfully placed; order status may include canceled or returned/refunded.

💡 Tips: In the order report, you can select the display fields, drag to adjust the column order, and freeze certain columns on the left.
