Introduction to Order Report

[1] Statistics principle: the order data of the day can only be viewed the next day

[2] Statistics based on:

Shopee: COD orders are based on creation time, Pre Paid orders are based on payment time

Lazada, Tokopedia: Order creation time

[3] Supporting platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, Tiki, Sendo, Akulaku, Thisshop, PGmall, Zalora, Facebook, Lineshopping.

Introduction

1. Total Orders: total order quantity (including orders canceled after payment and orders that have been refunded)

2. Total Order Sales: The total amount of the order that should be paid for the order (it includes shipping costs, orders canceled after payment, and orders that have been refunded, without deducting platform transaction fees, but does not include orders canceled without payment.)

3. Valid Orders: Total Orders - Cancelled Orders

4. Valid Order Sales: Total Order Sales - canceled order amount

5. Refund Order Amount: actual amount that has been refunded to customers

6. Refund Orders: Refunded order quantity, including partially refunded orders

7. Sales Per Order: Total Sales / Total Orders


💡Notes

1） Refund Orders/ Refund Order Amount

1. Which day the refund occurs, then the refund order's data will be counted to that day. (For example, if the order was paid on a certain day last year, but the refund is requested today, then the refund of the order will be counted in today's data)
2. Partially refunded orders are included in both the count of refunded orders and the total refund amount, and the refund amount will only account for the refunded product.

2） Cancel Orders: the total number of orders that have been paid but canceled

Data before Dec. 10, 2021, which day the cancelation occurs, then the canceled order's data will be counted to that canceled day.
Data since Dec. 10, 2021, the canceled order's data will be counted to when this order is created (for COD) / paid (for Prepaid).
