As a new emerging platform, Amaze has already surpassed 900 registered merchants, with many sellers having joined. To facilitate store management and order processing, BigSeller now supports authorization to integrate with Amaze and process orders.
Connect Stores to BigSeller - Amaze

1. Steps to Connect an Amaze Store
Step 1: Go to the Store Authorization page > Select the Amaze platform > Click "Add New Store".

Step 2: Fill in the store connection details. Once completed, click Connect Now.

For account and password, you must contact Amaze Customer Service to obtain the account and password required for connecting with BigSeller.
(These are not the same as your Seller Center login credentials.)
Step 3: After successfully connecting, you can refresh the BigSeller webpage to check the latest store connection status.

2. Active Products
Once authorization is complete, you can view your store’s products by navigating to Products Module > Active page.

Currently, publishing products and editing active products are not supported in BigSeller.
⚠️ Important: If you delete a product in BigSeller, it will also be removed from your Amaze Seller Center. Please operate with caution.
3. How to Process Orders from Amaze?
- Third-party logistics are not yet supported for Amaze orders. You can manually enter the shipping carrier name and tracking number.
- After-sales order management from Amaze is currently unsupported, and order cancellations cannot be processed via BigSeller. You can only sync after-sales statuses.
