Connect Stores to BigSeller - TEMU

TEMU Semi-Consignment Model is a service model for e-commerce sellers that falls between fully independent operations and full consignment.
Under the TEMU Semi-Consignment Model, sellers are responsible for managing their own warehouses and order fulfillment, while the platform handles other aspects such as marketing, sales promotion, and customer service. This allows sellers to maintain some level of operational control while benefiting from the platform’s support.
How to Distinguish TEMU Semi Consignment & Full Consignment stores?
- Log in to TEMU and go to Seller Central, and click the downward triangle in the top right corner. If your store is a Semi-Consignment store, the orange label (Semi-Consignment) will appear next to the store name.
1. Steps to Authorize TEMU
Go to Setting > Authorization Center > Store Authorization Page > Select the TEMU marketplace > Click +Add New Store
2) Select Semi-Consignment Store Type > Add BigSeller Store Nickname > Input Product Stock Token and Order Shipping Token
📑 Steps to Obtain Product Stock Token

Go to TEMU 卖家中心 > Service Marketplace > Authorization Management > Get Authorization > Select BigSeller > Select All (Both Standard and Special Authorizations) > Confirm.

If you are logged into a Temu sub-account, the Service Marketplace page will not be visible, and you will be unable to generate a token.
📑 Steps to Obtain Order Shipping Token
- Go to TEMU Seller Central > Service Marketplace > Authorization Management > Get Authorization > Select BigSeller > Select All (Both Standard and Special Authorizations) > Confirm
A: The store token is typically valid for 90 days. If the authorization expires, please follow the steps mentioned above to reacquire the product stock token and order shipping token.
- Tokens remain valid within 90 days: If the seller disconnects BigSeller from the backend during this period, BigSeller will show the store as expired. In this case, simply copy the product and order tokens from Seller Central and enter them into BigSeller. (The token itself remains unchanged.)
- Tokens will be expired after 90 days: If the token exceeds 90 days, it will expire, and the seller must reauthorize the store by following the authorization process again. (In this case, the token has changed.)
- Token Expiry Impact: Both the product stock token and order shipping token have a default validity of 90 days. If either token becomes invalid, the store authorization will also become invalid.
