Important Updates⭐️⭐️⭐️
1. Support connecting Shopee global store
The global shops include CNSC(3PF included), KRSC, Upgrade. You can process orders and push inventory for 3PF shops. Other type of shops only support processing orders.
2. Facebook Post Sales
Simply finalize your post settings on BigSeller and generate a post on your Facebook page. Order will be auto created and sent to buyers when they comment with a keyword.
3. Buyer Blacklist
Adding the fake buyers to the blacklist and they will be tagged when they ordered from you again
4. Shopee Bundle Deal
Manage your bundle deals in BigSeller
5. Modify the To Allocate/Deduct stock
You can void the order and modify the the allocated stock for insufficient inventory or buyer request, and add new product as a gift product. Please note that the quantity of To Allocate/Deduct should be more than 0
6. Shopee Store Health
Monitor your shop's health and prevent being punished.
7. Support exporting active listings from Lazada & Tiktok & Tokopedia
8. Lazada & TikTok Order syncing updates ⭐️
After you process orders in seller center, the order will still in the New Orders list in BigSeller(before in To Pickup Orders list). You can process orders in BigSeller again to deduct stock quantity.
9. APP Stock Alert
Download BigSeller App and get stock alert notificatio on your phone. Click to see how to enable this function: APP Stock Alert Notification
10. Export ummapped store SKU and import to create mapping relationships

Products
1. Copy Settings for Shopee
Completing the common information settings allows you to save much time when copy listings from Shopee to Shopee.
2. Shopee Discount Promotion Updates:
When all the varints of a products are all on promotion, you have the option to disable a specific variant individually. However, if you choose to disable all variants, the entire product will be removed from the ongoing promotion.

Inventory
1. Support adding cost when create single product

- Push Operation Record: show the reason for manually trigger the rule
- Trigger Failed Record: display the failed record due to Merchant SKU didn’t map with store SKU or SKU with out-of-stock mark.
3. GTIN: Support special character”-”,”_”,”+”,”*”
SKU name and GTIN can be same for the same product4. Combination SKU Cost Allocation Ratio：
You can enter the price for the sub SKU, and system will auto calculate them into ratio.Purchse

Report
1. The report module include the data of offline retail orders and messenger orders
2. Support sorting by categories in Sales Analysis > Summary by Merchant SKU and Profit Analysis > Merchant SKU Profit
Print Settings:
1. Shopify: display order ID and order number on the shipping label
2. Sort product for Summary List and the Pick List(with summary) will be sort by SKU by default
Permission Settings:
1. Sensitive Data > Cost Price
Set to allow your sub-accounts to see the cost of your products.
