How to connect ViettelPost with BigSeller?

You can connect ViettelPost with BigSeller to ship muanual, messenger orders as well as orders from marketplace platforms such as Shopee (FBM only), TikTok (FBM only), Lazada (FBM only), Facebook, Shopify, LINE Shopping, WooCommerce, and Money168.

1. Authorization Steps

Step 1: Go to Settings > Authorization Center > Third-Party Logistics Authorization > Select Region (Vietnam) > Find ViettelPost > Click Connect


 

Step 2: Fill in the username and password of your ViettelPost Account, and click Connect



Step 3: After connected successfully, you can enable the logistics method and complete the address and logistics settings.






 

Now, you can select ViettelPost as the shipping method when processing orders.


2. Processing orders with ViettelPost?

Step 1: Go to new orders > Select orders > Click Bulk Actions > Select logistics



Step 2: You can edit the shipping information (e.g., inspection service, declared value service, cargo type)




Step 3: After you have selected the courier and modified logistics information, you can continue to pack the order.



Step 4: After clicking Pack, if your shipping address and package details meet certain criteria, you may have the option to select one of a ViettelPost service providers.


Tip: you can also add shipping rules for the 3PL. If there is no shipping method for the new order when it is synced to BigSeller, the system will automatically assign the logistic method to the new order based on the shipping rule you have set.
