Introduction to Customer Levels

With customer level feature, you can manage your customer list easily, classify levels according to customer groups, so as to provide better services to your customers. For customer information in non-platform orders, customer hierarchical management is available now. This tutorial is on how set the customer levels.
💡 Tips: Only up to 10 customer levels can be added now.
1. Create Customer List
Step 1: Click into marketing > customer level > +customer level


Step 2: Fill in customer level name > customer level notes > click confirm

2. Add customers into the customer levels
Method 1: Add customers in customer level list


💡 Tip: If the selected customer already exists in other customer levels, click confirm, then this customer will be moved from other customer levels to the currently added customer level.
Method 2: Add customers in customer list
i. Add by single
