How to Quickly Filter and Sort TikTok NDD (Next Day Delivery) Orders?

The Next-Day Delivery (NDD) program is by platform invitation. To qualify, you must meet the following conditions:

You need to prepare stock in advance in overseas warehouses and fulfill orders locally, avoiding stockouts that could affect fast shipping.

You must ensure that over 95% of your NDD orders meet the fast-shipping standard.

The pickup method must be set to door-to-door pickup.

The platform will subscribe your store’s products to the NDD logistics service, and only the NDD orders related to these products will be included in the assessment.

From Monday to Saturday, orders placed between 4:00 PM on the previous day and 4:00 PM on the current day must be handed over to the courier for pickup on the same day. Orders placed between 4:00 PM on Saturday and 4:00 PM on Sunday must be handed over to the courier for pickup on Monday.
1. Filter NDD orders by Logistic Service
TikTok sellers can filter NDD orders based on different logistic service when fulfilling them, enabling quick and efficient order processing.
Logistics Service filtering options are now available in the New Orders / In-Process Orders / To Pick Up Orders / Shipped / Completed / Voided Orders / All Orders / Canceled Orders / Logistics Tracking / Shipping Fee Management pages.
💡 This filter will only appear when selecting TikTok marketplace.
Steps: Go to New Orders list > Select TikTok > Find Logistic Service > Choose Nextday Delivery
2) On WMS Module
On Generate Waves / Search Packages / Shelf Out of Stock / To Ship / Abnormal Packages pages, you can also filter logistic service as Nextday Delivery
2. Sort TikTok NDD Orders according to Dispatch Time
Sellers who ship before the Dispatch Time will receive incentives provided by the platform. This is only applicable to TikTok's NDD (Next Day Delivery) program.1) On Processing Orders Pages
Steps: Go to order processing pages > Select TikTok > Select sorting criteria as Disptach Time > Choose Ascending or Descending
2) On Generate Waves Page
Steps: Go to Generate Waves > Click Select Orders to Generate Wave > Select TikTok > Sort by Dispatch Time
