Connect stores to BigSeller - Lazada
According to Lazada regulations, authorization for all third-party applications must be completed by logging into the service marketplace and buying the service.
Method A: From Setup Wizard
There are two steps to authorizing a Lazada store: Buy Services > Use Service. Please check the following details.Step 1: On BigSeller Dashboard > Setup Wizard > Select Lazada > Select the service marketplace of your store site > Buy Now > Select the service time period > But it now
*There is no other difference for these two options except for whether it is free.
Step 2: After buying, please go to Lazada service marketplace - My Service, click "Use Service"
Method B: From Setting Page

Step 2: After buying, please go to Lazada service marketplace - My Service, click "Use Service"
After authorizing, you could manage store products, process orders, push the inventory, check data analysis...
Notes
1. There are both free and paid options:- Authorization Only -- Half a year: Free
- All Edition -- One Year: Paid
2. Please log in to the Seller Center before buying the service;
3. Authorization validity period supports up to 18 months. For example, you can buy the "Authorization Only" - "Half a year" three times.
4. You can disconnect BigSeller in Lazada Seller Center Support > Third Party Apps

FAQs
Q1: "The cumulative order period cannot exceed 18 months"A1: The validity period of a free version authorization is six months, with a maximum of three orders totaling 18 months. If you order the service more than 3 times, this error would report.
Please go to the Lazada Service Marketplace > Order Management > All Orders > My Service > Use Service

Q2: "There is one order you are using now in the curent service. lf you need to buy other versions, please frstly cancel the underway order"
A1: Here means you already purchased the Lazada service before, so you don't need to purchase again.
Please go to the Lazada Service Marketplace > Order Management > All Orders > My Service > Use Service
A2: There is unpaid service order in your Lazada service marketplace. You need to cancel this order.
Please go to the Lazada Service Marketplace > Order Management > All Orders > Pending Payment > To-be Paid
