The system will summarize profit data by store, and you can view the profit status of each order.



1. Supported marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Facebook, manual orders, POS retail orders, messenger orders.
2. Profit analysis only counts completed orders. The definition of “completed” in different marketplaces:

3. Orders not processed in BigSeller also support profit analysis, but you need to maintain the reference price first. If you neither process orders in BigSeller nor maintain reference price, the commodity cost of orders will be 0.
4. Return Order: Orders that go into Return Manage list  and finish the stock-in of returns, their commodity cost in profit analysis will be 0.

Terms
1. Order No: the order number of your order. Same with the one in the Seller Center;
2. Order Revenue: final revenue for this order; (Order Revenue=Order Value+Platform Subsidy+Platform Charges+Other Fee)




3. Cost of Merchant SKU: Cost of Merchant SKU
    If the Stock-Out/In Price is greater than 0, the system will quote it as the cost by default;
    If the Stock-Out/In Price is equal to 0, the system will quote the Reference Price of the Merchant SKU as the cost;
    However, if the Stock-Out/In Price and Reference Price are all equal to 0, the cost will be 0.



Notes

1) If order has no returns, the Commodity Cost = Stock-Out/In Price *Qty;
2) If order has returns, the Commodity Cost = Total Stock-Out/In Price - Return Cost;
3) The Reference Price feature was launched on Jan 15, 2022. Only order after that has a reference price. There is no reference price record for orders that have been moved to Shipped Orders before that. That is, for orders that have been shipped before January 15, 2022, there are no records for them, and if the Stock-Out/In Price is 0, the commodity cost will be 0;

4. Profit/Loss: the profit/loss of this order. (= Order Revenue - Cost of Merchant SKU + Other Fee)

Initialize data statistics when the feature is launched (your store has authorized BigSeller)
Shopee: BigSeller will sync orders from previous 30 days and count the profit for completed orders;
Lazada: BigSeller will sync orders from previous 30  days and count the profit for Delivered, Return Or Refund, Lost & Damaged orders;

Initialize data statistics after the feature is launched (new suthorized stores)
Shopee: BigSeller will sync orders from previous 14 days since the authorization day and count the profit for completed orders;
Lazada: BigSeller will sync orders from previous 30  days the authorization day and count the profit for Delivered, Return Or Refund, Lost & Damaged orders;
