[New] Introduction to Shopee Fast Shipping Order Courier Calling Time Settings

Shopee's Fast Shipping Orders have very strict requirements on shipping timeliness. For example, sellers may be required to complete shipment within 30 minutes or 2 hours.

To help you better handle these fast orders, BigSeller has added a Courier Calling Time Settings feature. This allows you to flexibly arrange pickup calls according to your own workflow, helping you avoid situations where you don't have enough time to prepare parcels and end up missing the pickup deadline.

💡 Note:  Fast shipping order is one that uses a shipping method where delivery — or handover to courier — must meet a tight timeline (same day or next-day) rather than standard slower delivery. You can view the list of logistics options included in Fast Shipping Orders.

1. Common Issues with Fast Orders

In practice, many sellers face the following issues:

  • After clicking Pack Order, the courier arrives too quickly while parcels are still being picked, packed, or inspected, resulting in pickup timeouts.
  • Due to tight deadlines, sellers may skip Scan to Inspect, which reduces parcel accuracy.
  • When the platform shows pickup failed (Retry Ship), sellers can only rearrange through the Seller Center.

To help sellers maintain both accuracy and efficiency in these high-urgency scenarios, BigSeller has introduced several optimizations.

2. [New Feature] Courier Calling Time Settings

You can choose when to call the courier based on your workflow:

  • Call immediately after Pack Order (default).
  • Call when shipping the order (triggered when clicking Ship in In Process Order).





This setting applies only to the following orders: Shopee Fast Shipping Orders that use platform logistics and have a pickup cargo carry method.
 

💡 Tips
  • After clicking Pack Order, please click Ship as soon as possible to avoid timeout.
  • The courier pickup time will automatically use the earliest time returned by the platform and will not follow the "Auto Select Pickup Time" configuration.

3. [New Feature] Repacking Shopee Pickup-Failed (Retry Ship) Orders

When a Shopee order is marked as Retry Ship (pickup failed and requires rescheduling), you no longer need to go back to the Seller Center to rearrange the order.
You can now repack the order (reschedule the pickup) directly in BigSeller, making the process more efficient.

How to Operate:

Step 1: In the order filter of In Process Order / Shipping page, select Shopee as the platform.

Step 2: Set the platform status to To Process (Retry Ship).

Step 3: Select the order(s) and click Repack.
