Introduction to Print Log
The Print Log page shows records of all shipping labels printed, whether using Auto High-Speed Printing or General Printing, for orders from the following pages: New Orders, In Process Orders, To Pickup, Shipped, Aftersales Orders, Stock-in Return, and Cancel Orders.
-
When using "Scan to Print", the shipping label printing records will not be saved in the print log.
-
The shipping labels printed during wave (WMS) process will not be recorded in the print log.
-
In the print log, sub-accounts can only see their own print log records.
-
Only the print log data from the past 30 days will be recorded on the PC side.
