Introduction to Print Log

Copy link & title
If the printing process is interrupted (due to issues like network failure, power outages, or printer malfunctions), you can view and reprint failed labels by batch on the Print Log page. This page also supports a one-click reprint of any failed shipping labels from the historical batches.

The Print Log page shows records of all shipping labels printed, whether using Auto High-Speed Printing or General Printing, for orders from the following pages: New Orders, In Process Orders, To Pickup, Shipped, Aftersales Orders, Stock-in Return, and Cancel Orders.

💡 Notes
  • When using "Scan to Print", the shipping label printing records will not be saved in the print log.
  • The shipping labels printed during wave (WMS) process will not be recorded in the print log.
  • In the print log, sub-accounts can only see their own print log records.
  • Only the print log data from the past 30 days will be recorded on the PC side.

Step 1: Print Shipping Label on Order Processing Page

Step 2: Select the printing method and click to start printing. When clicking "Print All", the system will automatically generate a "Print Batch" to record the orders that were printed in that batch. The print start time is taken as the time when you click the "Print All" button.

💡 Note: If you reprint the shipping label in the High-Speed Printing >> Print Failed pop-up page, no new print batch record will be created. The print status will be directly updated within the original batch.

Step 3: Go to the Print Log page to view the print batches.

Step 4: You can use the filters at the top to narrow down to specific batches.

Supported Filters
  • Operator Account (Sub Account)
  • Print Entrance (The page where the print was initiated)
  • Print Platform
  • Print Logistics
  • Print Warehouse
  • Print Time

Step 5:
Go to the Print Batch Details page. This page supports the following actions:

1) Bulk Printing: You can perform bulk printing and reprint any failed documents.

2) Custom Print Sequence Input for Reprinting Shipping Labels

You can manually enter a print serial number if a batch print is interrupted.
For example, if you’re printing shipping labels for 100 orders and the process stops at order 60, you can input the serial number (e.g., 61- 100) to resume printing the remaining shipping labels.

💡 Note: The print serial number in the print log details list corresponds to the serial number in the auto high speed pop-up window.
