How to Become a BigSeller Affiliate Partner?

The BigSeller Affiliate Partner Program is a referral commission program launched by BigSeller for partners, service providers, KOLs, community owners, and qualified users.
Once you become an affiliate partner, you can invite e-commerce sellers to register and use BigSeller through your personal referral link or referral poster. When a referred user successfully purchases a BigSeller VIP plan, you will earn a cash commission at the corresponding rate.

How to Join
Step 1: Apply to Become an Affiliate Partner
Please visit the BigSeller Affiliate Partner page and submit your application.

After submitting, BigSeller will review your information. Once approved, a BigSeller representative will contact you to complete the contract signing process. After review and signing are complete, you will officially become a BigSeller Affiliate Partner.

Step 2: Receive Your Personal Marketing Materials
Once you become an affiliate partner, go to Settings > My Account > Affiliate Partner.
Here you can access your personal marketing materials, including your exclusive referral link, a QR code poster, and ready-to-use referral copy. You can copy the link or download the pre-generated poster to share.

Step 3: Share with Potential Users
You can share your link or poster through suitable channels to promote BigSeller, including WhatsApp/Viber groups, Facebook, e-commerce communities, customer groups, direct messages to customers, personal social media, offline events, training courses, and service provider client lists.
When sharing, highlight the benefits for users, such as:
- Register and receive 7 days of free VIP experience
- Manage multiple storefronts across platforms with BigSeller
- All-in-one management for orders, products, inventory, purchasing, and reports
- Compatible with major Southeast Asian e-commerce marketplaces

1. My Customers
Here you can view all users who have registered for BigSeller through your referral link. Available information includes: phone number, whether a store has been authorized, latest VIP tier, whether a top-up has been made, registration date, and most recent top-up date.
💡 Tip: If a user has registered but has not yet purchased a VIP plan, you can share more about BigSeller's core features and VIP plan benefits to help them make a decision sooner.

2. Commission Details
Here you can view all users who have paid for a BigSeller VIP plan. Available information includes: settlement date, customer phone number, VIP plan purchased, payment amount, and commission earned.
1) Commission Eligibility
If a referred user purchases any BigSeller VIP plan within 2 years of registration, commission will be counted for the referrer — including commission for the first-time VIP purchase and for renewals. This does not apply to other services such as order packs, image storage, etc.
2) Commission Rates
The BigSeller Affiliate Partner Program uses a tiered commission structure. The more users who successfully top up through you, the higher your commission rate.

⚠️ Note: Tiered commission rates are calculated on a progressive basis. When the cumulative number of paying users reaches the threshold for a higher tier, the higher rate only applies to new users added after entering the new tier — it does not retroactively apply to users counted in lower tiers.
- Example: Users 1–9 are paid at 10%; users 10–19 at 15%; from user 20 onward at 20%.
3. Withdrawal Process
1) Withdrawal Eligibility
For your first withdrawal, you must have successfully referred at least 3 new users who have purchased a VIP plan.
⚠️ Note: "3 new users" means 3 independent accounts registering BigSeller for the first time through your referral link, QR code, or referral code, each with a valid VIP purchase.
2) Monthly Withdrawal Cutoff
To standardize the withdrawal process and ensure financial security, the platform sets a monthly withdrawal cutoff at 00:00 on the 20th of each month (UTC+8). The rules are as follows:
- Withdrawal request: Affiliate partners must confirm whether they wish to withdraw their full available balance before the monthly cutoff.
- Processed in the current month: If you submit a full withdrawal request before 00:00 on the 20th (UTC+8), it will be included in the current month's processing batch. The platform will begin the review and payment process after the cutoff on the 20th.
- Deferred to next month: If you submit a request after 00:00 on the 20th (UTC+8), it will automatically be moved to the next month's processing batch and reviewed/paid after the 20th of the following month.
⚠️ Notes:
- If you have a withdrawal request currently being processed, please wait for it to complete before submitting a new one.
- Once earnings have been credited to your account, if they remain unclaimed for more than 5 years, they will no longer be withdrawable. Check your balance regularly and submit withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
- Due to financial reconciliation and bank transfer procedures, the exact time for funds to arrive will depend on actual payment progress.
- The Affiliate Partner Program is open to Southeast Asian local partners only. Settlement and payment in Chinese Yuan (CNY) is not currently supported.
FAQ
Q1: When will my commission be credited?
Commission will be added to your account balance immediately after a referred friend successfully registers.
Q2: What counts as a valid referral?
A referral is considered valid when the referred user successfully tops up (makes a payment). The system will automatically calculate and add the commission to your earnings.
Q3: Can I update my payment information after submitting it?
Yes. Contact customer support or your account manager to make changes.
Q4: Do I earn commission if my referred user renews or repurchases a VIP plan?
Yes! As long as the referred user purchases a VIP plan within two years, the corresponding commission will be counted. However, order packs and other non-VIP add-ons are not included.
