Many BigSeller sellers who manage orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and more also use AutoCount for bookkeeping. Without a data connection between the two systems, orders had to be manually exported and re-imported into AutoCount — repetitive, time-consuming, and prone to errors.
Now that BigSeller is officially integrated with AutoCount, your orders sync directly to AutoCount, automatically generating invoices and updating inventory — invoicing and reconciliation in one go.

Requirements
1. You are a BigSeller VIP user
The integration is currently available to VIP users only and cannot be used with the free plan. Click to purchase a BigSeller plan.
2. You have purchased AutoCount software and its package, version 2.1 or 2.2
We recommend upgrading to the latest version 2.2 for better data compatibility. Version 2.0 is too old and lacks the E-invoice feature, so it cannot be integrated; AutoCount POS and AutoCount Cloud are also not supported in this integration.
Supported Features & Documents
1. Order Sync
Sync BigSeller orders to AutoCount (currently a one-click manual sync; automatic sync is coming soon).
2. Sales Invoice
Automatically generate sales invoices from synced orders. Once an invoice is issued, the corresponding inventory in AutoCount is deducted automatically.
3. Sales Receipt
Based on the sales invoice, generate a customer payment receipt/slip in AutoCount for easy account reconciliation.
4. Purchase Invoice
Sync purchase orders marked as "Received" in BigSeller to AutoCount to issue purchase invoices. Once issued, inventory increases automatically.
5. Purchase Payment Slip
Based on the purchase invoice, generate a supplier payment slip/voucher in AutoCount for easy account reconciliation.
📌 Please note: The Credit Note (CN) function is also not available at the moment; if you need it, please let your integration specialist know — it is on our roadmap.
⭐ Important: Before using AutoCount, please make sure you have completed Merchant SKU Mapping in BigSeller. Without it, the Unit Price on invoices may be inaccurate; and data from historical orders created before the mappingt will not be retrievable.
How to Get Started
The entire process is guided step by step by the official BigSeller & AutoCount technical team, from payment and installation to training. All you need to do is prepare your account information.
2. Complete the plugin payment — Confirm the fees and complete the payment;
3. Remote installation by our team — The official technical team installs and configures the plugin for you;
4. Training and getting started — Receive a 1-on-1 walkthrough, then start using it.
💡 The plugin is developed and installed by the AutoCount official technical team (TechDevs). However, if you already have another AutoCount dealer, installation is handled directly by your AutoCount dealer.

1. Integration plugin (annual fee): RM 2,500 / year
Includes the plugin license and technical support.
2. Plugin installation & training fee: RM 500 / first year
Payable only in the first year, including 1-on-1 installation and training.
