You can subdivide a large number of orders into different tasks based on a certain standard, and these tasks are waves. In this way, you can quickly batch process these orders, improving order processing efficiency.

It is only recommended for major sellers with large volume of orders to use Wave Shipment to improve efficiency.

2.2 Print Pick Lists

💡 The shipping labels can be printed in [To Pick], [To Sort], [To Pack], [In Packing] lists.

2.3 Secondary Picking

For Multiple Items Wave, there are two picking methods:  Picking While Sorting, Sort After Picking. Therefore, the Sort after Picking is more suitable for sellers with large order volumes and large warehouses.

If you still select the "Picking while Sorting", the wave will move from "To Pick" to "To Pack" directly after you finish picking. You can ignore this section and follow the step 2.4.

If you select the "Sort After Picking", the order will go to "To Sort" after you finish picking. Then the wave needs a secondary picking.

Step 1: Go to WMS > Pack&Ship > Secondary Picking

Step 2:
scan or enter the merchant SKU/GTIN > Confirm

After finishing the secondary picking, the order will be in "To Pack" status, and need to be processed on Scan Package page.
