What is COD on Shopee Malaysia?
COD is a payment method to provide Shopee buyers with an additional payment option, it is a convenient and reliable option for Shopee buyers. It allows buyers to pay for the products at the time of delivery.The COD option is only available for Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL), including Shopee Express, Ninja Van, J&T Express, and DHL eCommerce. Shopee will allocate these orders to the available COD-enabled shipping channels once you enable these logistics. There is a maximum purchase limit of RM250 for COD orders per checkout.

How do I enable COD on Shopee?
You can go to Shopee Seller Center > Shipping Settings, here you can enable the COD option successfully if you have enabled the logistics that support the COD option. If you only enabled the logistics that do not support COD such as Poslaju, the COD option can’t be enabled.
How to arrange COD orders?
The COD orders will be displayed under Unpaid tab for 2 hours, you can arrange dropoff or pickup once the Arrange Dropoff or Arrange Pickup status is available.The COD word will be shown in your airway bill for COD orders. With a COD indicator, your courier can collect the payment from your buyer.
