Customer List in Bigseller can help sellers manage their customers' info.

Due to privacy policy of platforms, the customer list data will not be increased through platform orders for some platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok, etc) on 20 October 2022. And the history data will be cleared.

Part Ⅰ: Nouns Explanation


① Customer Name: Your customer's name.
② Phone: Your customer's phone number.
③ Email: Your customer's email address.
④ Total Orders: The total number of orders placed by this customer.
⑤ Total Spend: The total amount of the orders placed by the customer, including refunded orders. Canceled orders are excluded.
⑥ Source: Where the customer is from. If it's from Shopee, then it will show Shopee. If it's from a manual order or you manually added this customer, then it will show Manual.
⑦ First Order Time: The time when the customer placed the first order.
⑧ Last Order Time: The time when the customer placed the last order.
⑨ Update Time: The last time when you update this customer's info.
⑩ Note: Your note to this customer.
⑪ Details: You can check the detailed info of this customer by clicking this button.
⑫ Edit: You can edit the detailed info of this customer by clicking this button.
⑬ Delete: Delete this customer from the Customer List.




⑭ Average Order Value: It equals Total Spend / Total Orders, including refunded orders. Canceled orders are excluded.



⑮ Order History: Here you can see all the historical order data.
⑯ Order No: You can see the order details by clicking the order number.


Part Ⅱ: How to add a customer
1. Auto-generated by the system (Excluding Taiwan)
Whenever an order syncs to Bigseller, Bigseller will auto-add a customer based on the order's Recipient's info and Buyer's ID(Unique Buyer ID identified by platform).
Note: If the Buyer ID is the same as the one already existing in Bigseller, then the system will not add a new customer but link this order to the existing customer.

2. Manually add
Method 1:
You can add a customer by adding a manual order. Click here to know how to add a manual order.
Method 2:
You can add a customer by clicking + Add Customer. You can fill out the customer's Basic Info and Shipping Address and save it.
Note: You can add up to 10 shipping addresses. Once exceeds, the older address will be replaced by the newest one.




Besides, you can also export the customer list.
