How to setup Shipping Fee Promotion
Step 1. Click Shipping Fee Promotion from the Marketing Center in your Shopee Seller Center.
Step 2. Setting the shipping fee promotion details
a. Enter the promotion name, this name will not be visible to your buyer.
b. Set the shipping fee promotion period, you can choose no time limit or select the promotion start time and end time.
c. Select the shipping channels for your promotion, you can select multiple shipping channels if you want, both Shopee integrated and non-integrated channels are all supported. Please note that the shipping channels that are already in other shipping fee promotions during the same promotion period will not be available for selection.
d. Set shipping fee discounts for up to 3 tiers of minimum spend, higher minimum spend should have higher shipping fee discount. Or you can provide the free shipping directly. You can set a Minimum Basket Price to reach a certain order amount before the buyers can enjoy this promotion, then you can choose whether you would like to subsidize a specific amount or provide free shipping.
Step 3. After setting the shipping fee promotion, you can check it in your shipping promotion. For the ongoing promotion, you can edit, duplicate, or end this promotion.
How will your buyers see this Shipping Fee Promotion?
After you set the shipping fee promotion, it will be visible in your product detail page. This promotion will be applied at checkout to provide an attractive shipping fee discount to the buyers.But please note that if your promotion rule is not more attractive than Shopee promotion rules, it will not be displayed on the product detail page or applied in the checkout page.
